With utmost attention to detail, he found his passion in sushi making where the freshest ingredients and simplistic design elements come together. As head chef of Shogun Omakase, he was able to solidify his desire in crafting authentic Japanese cuisine and the art of sushi making.

His vision is to offer sushi lovers and casual diners come and taste his fusion of top-quality sushi elements: fish, botanic and seaweed.
